At Printon India Private Limited (printonlinepro.com), we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund as per the conditions outlined below.

No Returns / No Refunds (Customer Error)

At Printon, each product is custom-made based on the design or image provided by the customer. As such:

• No Returns: All sales are final. We strongly recommend customers review their orders and uploaded content before confirming.
• No Refunds: We do not issue refunds in cases where:
  • The customer uploads or shares the wrong image/design.
  • There is a change of mind after the order is confirmed.
  • Product specifications were incorrectly selected by the customer (size, color, quantity, etc.)

Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled only before shipment
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed under any circumstance.

Refund Policy – Eligible Scenarios

We will issue a refund or replacement only in the following cases:

• Product lost in transit
• Wrong product delivered (size, type, or print)
• Damaged product received during shipping Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Return & Replacement Policy

• Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
• Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with photo/video proof.
• Approved returns will be replaced and shipped within 2–3 business days.
• Replacement delivery timeline: 4–7 business days.

Note:

• Refunds/returns will not be processed if:

  • The issue is due to incorrect information or design uploaded by the customer
